What is 3D Secure?
More
3D secure is a security layer that is specific to your bank. It means that you must enter a code/password when you make transactions online. This code/password is unique and is only known by you and your bank. It is usually sent via SMS or via email as a one-time PIN.
This scheme protects you against any unauthorized use when making a transaction online.
We have no control over this section of the deposit process. Therefore, if you have any issues with the code/password, please contact your bank directly.

If your transaction is routed to 3D Secure, each time you attempt to deposit, you will be directed to your bank’s secure website where you will need to enter your 3D Secure code/password.
The funds will be taken as normal and then you will be brought back to our cashier’s confirmation page.
If your card is not enrolled to 3D Secure, you may contact your bank directly and simply have it activated
** If your bank is not participating in the 3D Secure scheme, the deposit will not be processed.
