How to withdraw my funds?
  • Log in to your account
  • Click on “Deposit” (upper right corner)
  • Select “Withdraw” in the Banking menu
  • Await account verification
  • Your request will be marked as “Pending” at this stage
  • Note that if you have used credit/debit card(s) as a deposit method, you are required to withdraw at least the same amount as initially deposited. This applies to all cards, if you have used multiple. Only after this particular withdrawal process is complete, you may switch to other banking methods presented on the website.
    Example:
    • You deposit 100 (native currency) via Mastercard/Visa, 100 (native currency) via Skrill and 100 (native currency) via another Mastercard/Visa credit or debit card.
    • You win 200 profit and now have a total balance of 500 (native currency).
    • Upon withdrawal, you will need to:
      1. Initiate a first withdrawal requesting at least 100 (native currency) to be credited to each credit/debit card used to initially deposit your funds.
      2. Proceed to withdraw the remaining amount using Skrill.
