1. The Jurassic WorldTM Online Slot “Fight for Survival” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers and are aged 18 years or over (“Players”).
2. GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms and Conditions”).
3. The following prizes are available to be won by Players (collectively, the “Prizes”):
3.1. 1 x Trip to Los Angeles (“Trip to LA”) worth up to a value of €7,500, which comprises (subject to availability):
3.1.1 2 x return economy flights from London Heathrow to Los Angeles (Outbound: Saturday 9th September/Inbound: Sunday 17th September; alternative dates possible subject to availability);

3.2 5 x cash prizes worth €1,000 each, 10 x cash prizes worth €500, 15 x cash prizes worth €250, 25 x cash prizes worth €100 (“Big Cash Prizes”);
3.3 10 x cash prizes worth €10 each (“Small Cash Prizes”).
4. The Prizes are subject to availability. The Casino reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for another of similar kind or value without giving notice. The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable, and no cash alternative is offered. However, should the Winner of the Trip to LA request a cash alternative, the casino will, in its sole discretion, offer a cash amount up to the value of €5,000 to the Winner as a cash alternative for the Trip to LA Prize.
5. A Player can enter the Promotion (“Entry”) during the Entry Period, as follows:
5.1 For every accumulated €25 (or currency equivalent) real money wager placed by a Player on the Jurassic WorldTM Online Slot during the Entry Period, the Player will receive an automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win the Trip to LA (a “Trip to LA Entry”).
5.2 For every accumulated €25 (or currency equivalent) real money wager placed by a Player on the Jurassic WorldTM Online Slot during the Entry Period, the Player will receive an automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the 15 x Big Cash Prizes (a “Big Cash Entry”).
5.3 For every minimum currency real money wager placed by a Player on the Jurassic WorldTM Online Slot on each day during the Entry Period, the Player will receive an automatic entry into a daily draw for a chance to win one of the 10 x Small Cash Prizes (a “Small Cash Entry”). Each Small Cash Entry made on any day during the Entry Period will be entered into a draw which will take place the following day.
5.4 The Casino shall credit the Winner by 19:00 on the date of the draw. For example, all Small Cash Entries made on the 21st June 2017 will be entered into the daily draw to be made on the 22nd June 2017. If a Small Cash Entry from the 21st June is drawn as the winner on the 22nd June, the Casino shall credit that Winner by 19:00 on the 22nd June 2017. However, we will not be conducting draws over the weekend. Draws from Small Cash Entries collected over Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be made only on Monday. For clarity, any Small Cash Entry not drawn during the daily draw will not be carried over into later draws to win a Small Cash Prize. However, that Small Cash Entry will be counted towards a Trip to LA Entry and/or a Big Cash Entry by the Player if the accumulated value of wagers placed by that Player over the Entry Period totals at least €25.
6. There is no limit to the number of times a Player can enter the Promotion.
7. The winning Entries shall be selected at random and the Prize draw shall take place on Wednesday 5th July 2017.
8. By no later than 19:00 on Wednesday 5th July 2017, players who have won Prizes (“Winners”) will be notified by the Casino of the win. In order to claim their Prize, each Winner must notify the Casino that they accept the Prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Casino of their win. Should the Winner accept the Prize, the player will provide to the Casino his first name, initial letter of their surname, country of residence and confirmation they accept the Prize within 48 hours of the Winner accepting the Prize. If the Winner fails to claim the Prize within these time frames, the Casino will randomly select a new Winner at its sole discretion.
9. Once the Winners have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
10. Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when they submit an Entry to enter the Promotion. The Casino reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Casino reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. The Casino is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Winners and Players agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Universal Parties from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.
13. It is the Players’ responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on the Casino’ website.
14. The Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. This may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. The Casino may use any Entry for marketing or promotional purposes on its website(s) and social media channels during the Promotion Period and for a reasonable time afterwards.
